I have been using Gazon in Armada society for six months now. There are net drop issues sometimes but they act pretty quickly to fix it. The customer service is good. They help you with remote sessions whenever required, technicians visit your home to help with router issues. They diligently open your tickets and close it when the issue is fixed. I have waited six months to write this review. I was very skeptical before I got the connection because I work from home, my entire day relies on the internet and trust me 100GB plan is enough to work from home plus cast all your movies and TV shows on your TV. In Pune you have the builder restrictions to take internet connection and if you have stumbled on Gazon/Viztel to take connection in such arrangements, do not worry, these guys are decent.
