Gazon began as a small team of network engineers with a straightforward view: most connectivity complaints are not really about speed. They are about a line that drops at 8 pm, an install that took three weeks, or a support number that goes nowhere.
So we built the opposite. Our own engineers lay the fiber and handle servicing in the areas they live in, which is the single biggest reason our support actually resolves things rather than logging them.
Today we serve a large cluster of subscribers across Maharashtra, and we keep extending into new neighbourhoods, including plenty that larger operators considered too small to bother with.
