Managed network services
We do not just supply the line. Managed connectivity means the network is ours to run, monitor and fix, and yours to use.

What managed actually means
An unmanaged circuit hands you a working line and stops there.
- We run it
Configuration, changes and faults are ours to handle, not yours.
- Monitored around the clock
Our NOC watches the circuit, so most faults are ours to spot first.
- One accountable contact
A person who knows your sites, rather than a queue.
- One supplier
The line and its management come from the same place, so nobody can point elsewhere.
What the scope actually covers
Managed connectivity means we keep the line working (monitoring, configuration and the faults that follow) so the people using it do not have to run it. What sits inside the scope is agreed per site and written into the agreement, because a single office and a twelve-site operation need different things.
24×7 from our own NOC, on circuits we built.
Capacity and routing changes without a project each time.
We raise it, we chase it, we close it.
Against the commitments in your SLA.
Who does what
The useful version of this page is not a list of benefits. It is knowing which jobs stop being yours.

What changes day to day
The visible change is who you call. A fault becomes one conversation with a named contact instead of a chain of them, and the first question is never whether the problem is the line or the equipment, because both are ours.
Changes run to an agreed window rather than being negotiated each time. Capacity increases, routing changes and new sites are requested and scheduled, which matters most to businesses that cannot take an outage during trading hours.
Reporting arrives on a schedule and is measured against the commitments in your SLA rather than against a general impression that things have been fine. That is the part finance tends to care about at renewal.
When managed is the wrong answer: if you already have a network team who want to hold the configuration themselves, paying us to hold it is duplication. In that case buy the circuit and the SLA, and keep the running of it in-house. We would rather say that than sell a layer you do not need.
Managed network questions
What does managed network services include?
Monitoring, configuration and fault handling on the circuits we supply, with a named contact and reporting against your SLA. The exact scope is set per site in the agreement.
How is it different from a plain leased line?
A leased line is the circuit. Managed means we also run it: we watch it, change it and fix it, rather than handing you a working line and a support number. See internet leased line.
Who is it for?
Businesses without an in-house network team, and multi-site operations that would otherwise need one supplier per location.
Organisations already on our network
91 businesses and institutions across Maharashtra run on Gazon connectivity, grouped here the way our own capability deck groups them.

Want the network run for you?
Tell us how many sites and what runs on them. We survey before we quote, and the survey is free.
Where Gazon is available
Internet leased lines and business bandwidth reach anywhere in India, with established presence in 14 Maharashtra cities. Each circuit is surveyed and quoted for the address. Home broadband is a separate and shorter footprint: see home coverage.
