Fair usage

Use of a Gazon connection is governed by the acceptable use policy. It sets out what a home connection is for and what it may not be used for, such as resale, running a public hotspot or operating a commercial service over it.

Any fair-usage terms that apply to a plan are stated on the tariff sheet and shown before purchase, next to the plan’s price and term.

Any change to a plan’s terms is a tariff change. It is notified in advance under the TRAI transparency requirements, posted on the tariff sheet before it takes effect, and not applied to a term already paid for.
