Common questions
Before you call
How do I report a problem with my Gazon connection?
Raise a complaint in your Gazon account and it reaches the team that handles it. Every complaint gets a docket number. If the line is down right now, call 0206 193 0306 or give a missed call to 8956067111 or 8767311311 instead of waiting.
What is a docket number, and why does it matter?
It is the reference we open against your complaint. Ask for it if we call you before the written confirmation arrives, and keep it. Every escalation afterwards is tracked against it, and a complaint without one is very hard to trace.
My internet is slow. Is it the line or my Wi-Fi?
Run a speed test on a device plugged into the router with a cable. If the cabled speed is close to your plan, the line is fine and the problem is Wi-Fi coverage: a different fault, and usually a faster fix. A test over Wi-Fi cannot tell the two apart.
What happens if my plan lapses?
The connection is suspended rather than cancelled, so renewing restores the same line without a new installation. Plans are prepaid for a fixed term and there is no refund for an unused part of one. The refund policy sets out the exceptions.
Support has not fixed my problem. What next?
Two tiers, in order. Raise it with the Nodal Officer with your docket number; if that does not settle it, or the time allowed has run out, go to the Appellate Authority. The whole process is on the grievance page.
