What is business broadband?
A symmetric, SLA-backed fiber connection sized for an office rather than a home. The bandwidth is matched in both directions, the uptime commitment is written into the agreement, and escalation goes to a named contact instead of a general queue.
How is it different from home broadband?
A home plan has no individual uptime commitment, no committed restoration time and no named contact. That is a difference between two products rather than a gap in one. See the SLA for exactly what is committed.
What speed does my business need?
It is usually the wrong question. What the connection has to carry, in which direction, and what happens when it stops matter more than the headline number. That is what the survey establishes.
Can I upgrade the connection later?
Yes. Capacity is upgraded against the same fiber, so a change of bandwidth is a provisioning job rather than a re-cabling one.
