Business and leased line support
Something wrong with a business connection or leased line? Raise a complaint and it reaches the right team, with a ticket number to follow.
Have a complaint? Raise it here
It goes straight to the support team, and you get a ticket number you can follow until it is fixed.
- 1Log in to your Gazon account
- 2Tell us what is wrong
- 3Get a ticket number to follow
Trouble logging in? Call 0206 193 0306 (9 AM to 9 PM) or email broadbandsupport@gazonindia.com.
Severity decides the queue, not the wording
A site with no connectivity and an invoice question do not belong in the same queue, so tell us which it is when you raise the complaint. P1 is a location that is off. P2 is a line that is up but below what we committed. P3 is a question with nothing broken.
The times we commit to are in your contract and on the service level agreement; this page does not invent different ones.
What to have ready
The account or circuit ID and which site are the two that matter. Without them a fault report describes a symptom we cannot attach to a line, and the first thing we will do is call you back to ask.
For throughput or latency complaints, a test from a machine wired to the router, with timestamps, turns a two-day investigation into an afternoon.
If a site is down right now
Call 0206 193 0306 rather than raise it online. It reaches our NOC team directly, and anything they cannot resolve goes up the escalation matrix to the senior team. Raising it online is right for something that can wait for the next working hour, and wrong for a site that is off.
Claiming against the SLA
A credit claim is raised the same way: say it is an SLA credit claim and give the ticket number of the original outage. What is claimable, and how it is calculated, is set out in the SLA.
If a claim is refused and you disagree, the grievance process applies to business accounts exactly as it does to home ones: Nodal Officer first, then Appellate Authority.
Where Gazon is available
Internet leased lines and business bandwidth reach anywhere in India, with established presence in 14 Maharashtra cities. Each circuit is surveyed and quoted for the address. Home broadband is a separate and shorter footprint: see home coverage.
