Our network, building by building
What we actually own, where it reaches, and what that changes when something breaks.

We build it rather than rent it
Gazon is an independent ISP, not a reseller. The fiber between our network and your building is ours: we lay it, we maintain it, and when a fault happens it is ours to fix rather than something we raise with an upstream provider and wait on.
That distinction is invisible on a good day and is the whole difference on a bad one. It is also why our coverage is street-level rather than area-wide: we can only serve a building we have actually built to, which is why every page on this site asks for an address rather than a locality.
We have been building and running this network for more than fifteen years. That length of time is the part worth saying out loud: it is long enough to have replaced equipment, re-routed around road works, and learned which buildings are difficult before quoting a date for one.
The footprint, in numbers
- 999 buildings
Passed and recorded by name, not estimated.
- 115,489 homes
Reachable across the three home-fiber cities.
- 42 areas
With published, street-level coverage.
- 15+ years
Building and running our own network.
Why we count buildings, not areas
A coverage map with a shaded circle over a suburb tells you almost nothing. Fiber runs down particular roads and into particular buildings, and the block next door can be a year behind the one that is already live. So what we publish is what we have actually built to: 999 buildings passed, recorded by name, across 42 areas.
That is why every form on this site asks for an address rather than a locality. “Is Gazon available in Baner?” does not have one answer. It has several hundred, one per building, and the only useful version of it is the one for yours.
Where a building is not passed yet, the honest answer is a date or a no, not a maybe. If the fiber is already in the road outside, the work is short. If it is not, we would rather say so than book an installation we cannot finish.
Two footprints, not one
Connected homes, in three cities
Fiber-to-the-building broadband in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, on the footprint above.
- Fiber to your building, not to the kerb
- Unlimited data, at every speed
- Symmetric upload: 400 down is 400 up
- Free installation*
- Engineers based in the city you live in
Business connectivity across India
Leased lines and business bandwidth have established presence in fourteen Maharashtra cities. Anywhere else in India is a free survey first, then a written quote.
- Business broadband
- Internet leased line
- Dedicated internet access
- Point-to-point links
- Managed network services
- Bulk bandwidth and IP transit
The two numbers differ because the two products are built differently. A home connection runs off fiber that already passes your building. A leased line is constructed to one address, which is why its reach is wider and its lead time longer. Neither number is the other’s subset.
What the network is made of
A network we own, in the cities we live in
Four things that are true of the infrastructure itself, each one a fact we can point at rather than an adjective.
- Our own fiberLaid and maintained by us, not capacity rented from an upstream and resold.
- 24×7 NOCMonitored around the clock by our own engineers, on the fiber we built.
- Local field teamsBased in the cities they serve. A Kothrud fault is worked by someone in Pune.
- Our own equipmentThe kit at both ends of your line is ours to configure, monitor and replace.
From our fiber to your address
- 01SurveyWe look at the building and the route to it before we promise anything. That is where a date comes from, or a no.
- 02BuildFiber into the building and up to the flat or the floor. We lay it, so the joint is ours to answer for.
- 03LightThe line is turned up and tested end to end, and the router is configured before the engineer leaves.
- 04WatchThe link joins the 24×7 NOC. Most faults are seen there before anybody rings to report them.
