1What we collect, and when
- Address checker
- The building, street or pincode you type, to answer whether we serve it. Entering an address to check serviceability is not consent to be marketed to.
- Enquiry and lead forms
- Name, phone number, address and the plan you selected, to respond to the enquiry and arrange installation.
- KYC at onboarding
- Identity and address proof, as required by our licence conditions under the Department of Telecommunications.
2Why we hold it
To answer a serviceability question, to supply and support the connection, to bill for it, and to meet the licence and legal obligations that apply to an internet service provider in India. Data collected for one of these purposes is not silently repurposed for another.
3How long we keep it
Where a licence condition sets a minimum retention period, that period governs.
4Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may ask for access to your personal data, correction of it, erasure, and withdrawal of a consent you previously gave. Withdrawing consent is as straightforward as giving it.
