PC gaming
A LAN cable to the router is the single biggest improvement most PC setups can make. Wi-Fi adds delay and, worse, delay that moves.
Reliable fiber broadband for online gaming, faster game downloads, streaming and the other devices sharing the line.
Unlimited on every tier, symmetric upload and free installation*. Prices exclude GST.

More Mbps does not by itself lower your ping. A match sends very little data (a few hundred kilobits a second in most titles), so once a line is fast enough, buying more of it does nothing for latency. What decides how the game feels is how steady the line is, how far your traffic travels to the game server, and whether your Wi-Fi is adding delay of its own.
Where the connection does decide the outcome is in the three things around the match. Jitter, the variation in delay, is what turns a playable ping into a rubber-banding one. Packet loss costs you inputs. And contention, the line slowing when the street is busy, is why an evening feels different from an afternoon.
Fiber helps on all three because it is a different physical medium from copper, not because of the number on the plan. Gazon runs its own fiber rather than reselling capacity, and every tier is symmetric (upload matches download), which matters more than it looks: your machine is sending as constantly as it is receiving, and a thin upload path shows up as lag that a download test will not find. Nothing on this page promises a millisecond figure, because Gazon publishes no latency measurement and a number without a measurement behind it is worth nothing to you.
Pick for the household, not for the game. The match itself is the cheapest thing on your line; the downloads and everyone else are not.

A LAN cable to the router is the single biggest improvement most PC setups can make. Wi-Fi adds delay and, worse, delay that moves.
PlayStation, Xbox and Switch all ship with an Ethernet port. Use it where the console sits near the router; where it does not, 5 GHz Wi-Fi beats 2.4.
Entirely dependent on Wi-Fi quality, so router placement decides it. A phone two rooms and a wall away is a Wi-Fi problem, not a plan problem.
The one case that genuinely needs sustained bandwidth: the video comes down continuously. This is where a higher tier earns its money.
A modern title is 100 GB and more. On 100 Mbps that is over two hours; on 400 Mbps around thirty-five minutes.
Going the other way is upload, and ours matches download at every tier, so a stream does not compete with the match for the same narrow path.
If you take one thing from this page: plug in. A cable removes the variable that a plan cannot fix. Wi-Fi shares the air with your neighbours, your microwave and every other device in the flat, and the delay it adds moves around, which is the kind of delay that ruins a match rather than the kind you adjust to.
Where a cable is not possible: put the router in the open rather than in a cabinet, keep it off the floor, use the 5 GHz band for the gaming device, and keep it in the same room where you can.
