Terms of service

Service is supplied only at addresses inside our licensed and actually served area. Customer verification (one photo ID and one address proof) is a condition of our licence under the Department of Telecommunications and cannot be waived.

Service is provided under a Unified Licence from the Department of Telecommunications, with ISP authorisation in Category B.

A fiber-to-the-home connection at the purchased speed, symmetric in both directions, with unlimited data. Installation is free and activation is typically within 24 hours of address confirmation where the building is already on our fiber.

Speeds are delivered to the router. Wi-Fi performance inside the premises depends on placement, building construction and the devices used, and is not a measure of the line.

Plans are prepaid for a fixed term. Prices are in the tariff sheet. On lapse a plan is suspended rather than cancelled.

The connection is supplied for the subscriber's own use at the registered premises. Resale, or extending the connection beyond the premises, is not permitted. Unlawful use, and use that endangers the network or other subscribers, is not permitted.

Residential broadband is supplied without an individual uptime guarantee. A written uptime commitment, defined resolution times and a named contact are features of our business connections and leased lines, not of a home plan. We say this plainly because a promise nobody can keep on a residential line is worth less than an honest description of one.
