Video calls
Two to four megabits up, continuously, per call. Two people on calls in one flat is the load that finds a thin upload path.
Upload that matches download at every tier: the half of a connection that decides how you look on a call.
Unlimited on every tier, symmetric upload and free installation*. Prices exclude GST.
1–2 people · HD streaming, browsing, calls

Family of 3–4 · some 4K, one working from home

Multiple 4K screens · two on calls, gaming

A video call is upload. Your camera sends roughly 2 to 4 Mbps continuously, and a screen share adds to it. Download barely moves. So a line advertised at 100 Mbps down with a fraction of that up can test perfectly and still make you the person who freezes.
Most home broadband is built asymmetric because most home use is downstream. Every Gazon plan is symmetric: 400 Mbps down is 400 Mbps up, and the same ratio at 100. That is the single most relevant fact on this page for anyone whose job happens on a call.
The other half is steadiness. What ruins a call is not slow speed but delay that moves, and the usual source is Wi-Fi rather than the line. A cable to the laptop removes the variable entirely, and costs the price of a cable.
Size the plan for the household, not for the one device. Everything else on the line is what makes the difference.
| Usage | Best for | Suggested speed | From, on 365 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| One person working | Calls, mail, cloud documents | 100 Mbps | ₹425/mo |
| Two working, family home | Calls plus 4K on the TV | 200 Mbps | ₹600/mo |
| Calls and heavy files | Large uploads through the day | 300 Mbps | ₹705/mo |
| A home office | Several people, nothing queued | 400 Mbps | ₹845/mo |

Upload again, and spikier than the camera feed. This is where an asymmetric line stops being a number on a page.
Syncing a work folder or running through a corporate VPN moves traffic both ways all day. If your VPN needs a static IP, ask about one when you check availability.
A 5 GB upload takes about seven minutes at 100 Mbps and under two at 400. That is GB x 8000 / Mbps; you can check it.
Your call competes with the TV and everyone else. The speed guide above sizes for the household, not for your laptop alone.
Our head office is at City Avenue in Wakad and the field team works out of it, so a fault is attended by someone in the same city.
In order of how much they help: plug the laptop into the router; move to 5 GHz if you cannot; close the cloud sync that is uploading in the background; and only then consider more speed. Three of those four are free.
If calls degrade at a particular time of day rather than randomly, that is a contention pattern and worth telling support about specifically: "bad between 9 and 11" is a diagnosable complaint in a way that "slow" is not.
