The evening peak
Between about eight and eleven everything happens at once. Size for that hour; the rest of the day is not the problem.
For houses where the question is not what one person needs, but what happens when everybody is on at the same time.
Unlimited on every tier, symmetric upload and free installation*. Prices exclude GST.
1–2 people · HD streaming, browsing, calls

Add the peak, not the devices. Twenty idle phones cost almost nothing; two 4K streams, a video call and a game download at eight in the evening cost about 80 Mbps together. That is the number the plan has to carry, and it is much smaller than a device count suggests.
Which is why “30+ devices” is a Wi-Fi question rather than a plan question. What decides whether thirty devices behave is the router, the bands and where it sits in the house, not the megabits on the tariff. We say so here because the number appears on our own home page and deserves the explanation.
Size the plan for the household, not for the one device. Everything else on the line is what makes the difference.

Fifteen to twenty-five megabits each. This is the largest single item in most family households.
Camera on means upload, and a dropped class is worse than a slow one. Ours is symmetric at every tier.
The match is light; the 100 GB patch is not, and it tends to land while everyone else is online.
Light each, heavy together, and entirely dependent on Wi-Fi coverage rather than on plan speed.
Prepaid by term, no setup fee*, and the connection moves with you inside our coverage.
A big household is usually a Wi-Fi problem before it is a plan problem. The router belongs in the middle of the house and in the open: not in a cupboard, not behind the TV, not in a corner room. Put the TV and anything else that sits still on 5 GHz, and leave 2.4 GHz for the far corners and the smart plugs.
If one room is always bad, that is a coverage gap and no amount of extra speed will fix it. Say which room when you call. It is a different fault from "the internet is slow".
