Thergaon sits next to Wakad and shares its commute: NH-48, the Aundh-Ravet BRTS road and metro stations at Wakad and Chinchwad all serve it, and Hinjawadi is a short run west. The housing is mostly apartment stock rather than plots, which is why our list is short but the homes behind it are not. Dange Chowk is the landmark most people navigate by, with the Pawana river on one side and Kalewadi and Chinchwad on the others. Aditya Birla Hospital sits on the edge of the area. The older gaothan streets and the newer society roads meet here, and the two need different work: a drop through Krantiveer Nagar is not the same job as one into a 720-flat complex.
