Static IP addresses
A fixed public address, for the things that need to be reachable from outside rather than only to reach out.
- Included on leased linesA routable /29 block
- Available on business broadbandSingle addresses
- Reverse DNSDelegated on request
- Not behind CGNATA real public address

What a static IP is actually for
A dynamic address is fine for browsing and useless for anything that has to be found at a known location.
A tunnel needs a fixed endpoint at both ends.
Reaching an office machine, an NVR or a server from outside.
Anything you run yourself and publish.
Remote viewing, where the recorder wants a fixed address.
Records that point at you have to point somewhere that stays still.
A supplier or a bank that admits only known addresses.
Why addresses are not free
There are about 4.3 billion IPv4 addresses and they ran out years ago. Every provider now works from blocks allocated long before the shortage, which is why a static address is a line item rather than a default.
The usual consequence is CGNAT (carrier-grade NAT), where hundreds of customers share one public address. Outbound browsing works normally. Anything inbound does not, because there is no address that belongs to you for a connection to arrive at. That is the real difference a static IP buys: not speed, but reachability.
A /29 is a block of eight addresses. Three are consumed by the network, broadcast and gateway, so five are usable. That is the standard allocation on a leased line and is normally enough for a firewall, a VPN endpoint and a published service or two. Larger blocks are justified to the registry rather than simply bought, so tell us what you are running and we will size it.
Getting one
- Internet leased line
- A routable /29 is included. See internet leased line
- Business broadband
- Single static addresses are available on request
- Reverse DNS
- Delegated to you on request, which mail servers care about
If you are not sure whether you need one, the test is simple: does anything have to connect to you? Remote desktop, a VPN, a camera system, a mail server or a supplier's allow-list all say yes. Browsing, email through someone else's service and cloud applications all say no.
Organisations already on our network
91 businesses and institutions across Maharashtra run on Gazon connectivity, grouped here the way our own capability deck groups them.

Need a fixed address?
Tell us what has to be reachable and from where. We will tell you how many addresses that actually needs.
Where Gazon is available
Internet leased lines and business bandwidth reach anywhere in India, with established presence in 14 Maharashtra cities. Each circuit is surveyed and quoted for the address. Home broadband is a separate and shorter footprint: see home coverage.
