Who this is for

Built for other operators

Most of this site is written for the business buying a connection. This page is not.

  • Bulk bandwidth

Wholesale capacity for operators reselling downstream.

  • IP transit

Upstream connectivity, with BGP and your own address space.

  • Backhaul

Carrying traffic between the cities on our network.

  • ISP and LCO partners

Partnering with operators is a normal part of how the network is used.

Commercial terms

Sold as capacity, not plans

If you are an ISP, a cable operator or a carrier, what you need from us is capacity, transit and backhaul on sensible commercial terms, not a plan table. We have run our own fiber for over fifteen years and sell into that market as well as to end customers.

Capacity

Sized and priced wholesale, not from a retail rate card.

Transit with BGP

Announce your own address space over our AS.

Backhaul

Between the cities where we already have fiber.

Operator support

A contact who speaks in circuits, not in plans.

The distinction

Transit, peering and what you are actually buying

Transit is us carrying your traffic to the rest of the internet. You pay for capacity and you reach everything. Peering is two networks exchanging traffic directly between their own customers, usually without money changing hands. Most operators need both: transit for reach, peering for the routes that carry the volume.

Where we peer directly, traffic takes fewer hops and does not depend on a third party's capacity planning. That matters most for the destinations your own customers use constantly, which is why peering is worth asking about rather than treating every gigabit as identical.

Sizing. Wholesale capacity is normally committed with a burst allowance rather than sold as a flat pipe, because an operator's traffic is peaky and paying for the peak around the clock is wasteful. The commit, the burst and the term all move the price, which is why there is no rate card on this page.

The partner relationship. Working with cable operators and smaller ISPs is normal for us rather than exceptional. You keep your customers and your billing; we carry the traffic. Where it makes sense we will also backhaul between the cities on our own fiber rather than you buying that leg separately.

Common questions

Wholesale questions

Do you work with other ISPs and cable operators?

Yes. Partnering with operators is a normal part of how the network is used, alongside selling directly to homes and businesses.

Can I announce my own IP space?

Yes. Operators with their own ASN can BGP peer with us and announce their own address space, which is the usual arrangement when multi-homing across two providers.

How is wholesale priced?

On commercial terms per arrangement rather than from a published rate card, because volume, term and the routes involved all move the number.
