Our own fiber, not resold capacity
We build and maintain the network in Pune ourselves, so a fault is ours to fix rather than something we raise with an upstream provider and wait on.

How much speed do you actually need in Pune?
For most Pune households, 200 Mbps is the right starting point. One or two people streaming HD are fine on 100 Mbps; a family of three or four with 4K and someone working from home is comfortable on 200–300 Mbps. Upload matters as much as download along the Hinjawadi–Baner corridor, where a large share of our customers are on calls to other time zones through the working day.
| Household | Typical usage | Recommended plan |
|---|---|---|
| 1–2 people | HD streaming, browsing, occasional calls | 100 Mbps |
| Family of 3–4 | Some 4K, one person working from home | 200 Mbps |
| Family with gamers | Multiple 4K screens, two on calls, gaming | 300 Mbps |
| Large home, 15+ devices | Heavy upload, CCTV, several 4K screens | 400 Mbps |
| Shop or small office | POS, CCTV, staff and guest wifi | Business plan |
