How do I get a new Gazon connection?
Check the address on our coverage pages. If we already pass your building the install is usually within 24 hours*; if not, we survey first and tell you either way.
What is Gazon's customer care number?

How do I report that my internet is not working?
Call 0206 193 0306 or email broadbandsupport@gazonindia.com. The network operations centre monitors continuously, so an area fault is often already being worked on.
My connection is slower than the plan. What should I do?
Run a speed test on a device connected by cable if you can. That separates a line problem from a Wi-Fi coverage problem, and it tells the engineer where to start.
Who do I contact about a business or enterprise connection?

Can I upgrade my speed part-way through a plan?
Yes. The difference is prorated against the days remaining, so you never pay twice for the same period.
Can I move my connection to a new address?
Yes, anywhere inside our coverage. Tell us the new pincode and we will confirm whether the fiber reaches it before you move.
